How to Buy

Supplenta is unique in offering a number of ways in which you can deploy a callcentre solution. With us you can decide which model makes most business sense and at a given point of time in your business cycle. Other factors such as available infrastructure, size of operation, modes of working - distributed, single centre, multi-centre, home workers etc. - will all impact on the best solution architecture.

There are four ways you can deploy CallManager: Hosted, Rented, Leased or Outright Purchase

Hosted

Often referred to as Pay as You Go (PAYG), most commonly used when available infrastructure is relatively simple or a business is in its early stage of development or an application is being tried or trialled or has a short lifetime. Many customers, however, continue to use CallManager on a hosted basis even after many years as there are other advantages beyond convenience.

Our hosted service operates from secure datacentres with backup and hardware redundancy options. Our offering dedicates server hardware for a customers' exclusive use. We do not share servers between customers.

To use the hosted service, you need nothing more than a PC, PSTN number and a small amount of broadband bandwidth (for data popups) per agent. Setup is fast and simple.

Rental

CallManager modules can be rented on a monthly basis. There is no long term commitment, just a month at a time. Modules available for rent are: Inbound, Outbound, Phone System and Call Recording. Rental allows unlimited use of a licensed seat and is particularly cost effective when multiple shifts operate in a centre.

In terms of infrastructure, Rental option is usually requires some telephony connections to be available. Either ISDN or VOIP is supported. If there is already a PBX installed in your office, CallManager can be confgured to work behind or in front of the PBX relative to the ISDN or VOIP connection. CallManager is completely flexible in that respect.

Lease or Outright Purchase

In situations where longer term commitment can be made then CallManager can be leased as a turnkey solution with all necessary agent workstation and system server hardware bundled into one lease finance package. It allows budgeting of monthly outgoings in the knowledge that all necessary equipment, training and support has been catered for. The availability of finance options is subject to status.
